All original photographic works created by Cyn's Photography are protected under Canadian copyright law and international copyright treaties. The client is granted a limited license to use the images for personal, non-commercial purposes only, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Any commercial use of the images requires prior written permission and may be subject to additional fees.

10. Booking & Payment
To book our photography services, a non-refundable retainer of 30% is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid within 24 hours of service completion. Payments can be made through E-transfer and Cash.
By making a booking, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted our Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings in case of unforeseen circumstances, in which case we will notify you as soon as possible.
